Terms of service
Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Henil Diamond. These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of diamonds and jewelry and apply to all contracts entered into with us.
By accessing or using any part of our website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are not permitted to access the website or use any of our services.
1. Site Access and Modifications
We strive to keep our platform current; however, access is provided on a temporary basis. Please note:
- Updates: we frequently modify website content, including product availability, descriptions, and pricing, without prior notice.
- Service Availability: We reserve the right to suspend or close the site permanently or temporarily at our discretion.
- Product Information: While we aim for accuracy, items may become out of date, and we are not liable for any discrepancies. It is the customer's responsibility to review the current terms at the time of purchase.
2. Formation of Contract
A legally binding contract between Henil Diamond and the Customer is only established once:
- An order has been placed.
- Full payment has been received and verified.
- We have sent a confirmation email of your purchase. The acceptance of your order brings into existence an enforceable agreement between both parties.
3. Payment Terms
To ensure security and transparency, the following payment conditions apply:
- Authorized Use: By making a purchase, you confirm that the PayPal account or Bank account being used is yours, or that you have been explicitly authorized by the account owner to use it.
- Validation: All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment provider.
- Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and Bank Transfer.
- Fulfillment: Your order will be prepared for shipment only after the total payment has been successfully completed.
4. General Compliance
Customers are encouraged to read these terms thoroughly before every purchase, as they are subject to change in alignment with our business operations and legal requirements.
